Astor Corporate Residencies—Home

astor-1.com is a real estate presentation site, intended mainly for brokers in offering properties to potential tenants.

I produced the application as a secure, editable and dynamic application (in PHP / MySQL) from a Flash demo version, developing the site architecture & flow, the program logic, and interface features. All with an intuitive and easy to use CMS back-end.

The project is private, and secure (which means that you can’t visit it to see its functionality).

Astor Corporate Residencies—Listings Page

The listings page lists classes of apartments by building, indicating which classes have available apartments (the mouseover gives an indication as to the number of units available).

Clicking on a listing class will bring you to a page listing the specific properties available for that class. Note that the listings are filterable by Unfurnished, Furnished, or All.

Links in the navigation and in the main content area bring the user to additional information about the buildings, and other content.

Astor Corporate Residencies—Apartment Detail Page

Information relevant to any particular apartment is available on the apartment detail page—location, type, rental price, amenities, floorplan, slideshow of the unit, all make for a rich presentation.

The content panels are loaded via AJAX with a fade in / fade out for a nice effect.

And all content is easily editable by a privileged user using the content management system.
